The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives with a strong focus on graphic design, branding, content creation, social media, and event planning. This position is responsible for developing visually compelling materials, managing social media content, and supporting event planning efforts to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cohesive and engaging marketing efforts across multiple channels. What You Can Expect To Do: Graphic Design & Branding Design marketing materials for digital and print (social media, brochures, presentations, etc.) Generate unique and captivating design concepts from scratch Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials Collaborate with vendors, designers, and agencies as needed Content Creation & Social Media Develop and manage content for websites, social media, and email campaigns Create engaging social media graphics and schedule posts Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics Event Planning Assist in planning events Design event materials, signage, and digital content Coordinate event logistics and vendor relationships What You Should Have: 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign, and Canva Experience with content creation, social media management and analytics Ability to design materials and coordinate event logistics Real estate experience preferred, not required. What You Should Be: Creative– an eye for visual composition and sticky messaging Tech- savvy– strong command of AI, design programs, social media tools and marketing platforms Organized– ability to manage a workflow that spans multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders; tracking and reporting outputs and metrics. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity – showing initiative to take on tasks without waiting for direction; executing seamlessly and exhibiting grace under pressure Collaborative – working with leadership, cross departmental teams, and vendors to maintain messaging and brand consistency.
