The Marketing Targeting Strategy & Campaign Delivery Manager role is within the US Marketing organization and is responsible for supporting data driven targeting strategies as well as executing marketing campaigns thru Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Platform. This role is responsible for working closely with multiple stakeholders including Marketing Planners and Business Line to deliver marketing and servicing communications by providing input into marketing strategies Key responsibilities of the Marketing Targeting Strategy & Campaign Delivery Manager include: Translate strategy recommendations into marketing campaign data specifications that lays out all the parameters for executing the campaign and takes them thru Compliance approval Use Salesforce Data Cloud to build Segments, use Data 360 Queries to build calculated insights, auditing using Query Editor and activating those audiences to Salesforce Marketing Cloud including directly into channel integrations. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for assigned campaign configuration and journey build out including Profile configuration, audience entry source, exit criteria, re-entry criteria, and campaign goals Structuring Journey decision splits, updates/modifications, and optimization Developing and configuring dynamic content, Personalization requirements, messaging/activities across channels Partners with creative teams and build reusable content blocks Use Salesforce Loyalty Management to support Offers ecosystem and support the business in offer execution and fulfillment The Marketing Targeting Strategy & Campaign Delivery Manager will be responsible for amassing deep business subject matter expertise to leverage marketing segmentation techniques, generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. Using their strong communication skills, the role will work in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights, influence data strategy and deliver supporting collateral and/or presentations. The Marketing Targeting Strategy & Campaign Delivery Manager is also responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for business issues and identify opportunities to drive business growth and value. This role works in partnership with business leaders to present or generate appropriate insights including the delivery of supporting collateral and/or presentations. Depth & Scope: Works autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business management function and may provide work direction to others Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members Scope of role may have enterprise impact Focuses on short to medium - term issues (e.g. 6-12 months) Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end-to-end May interact with any hierarchy level up to executive leaders and external vendors Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer sc
