What You’ll Do You will help build and grow M & R Foam Insulation’s online presence through content, video, and marketing execution. Responsibilities include Create and publish daily content for Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms Film and edit short-form videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns Capture company culture, job sites, team activities, and customer-focused content Brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas consistently Help improve engagement, reach, and lead generation Stay updated on social media trends, content styles, and marketing strategies Organize content calendars and campaign timelines Collaborate with leadership to strengthen brand visibility and growth Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to identify creative, proactive people who can execute consistently and grow with the company.
