Bethlehem, PA, United States (On-site) Contract (9 months 1 day) Published 4 hours ago marketing analytics change management MarTech platforms cross - functional collaboration Data & Analytics program management marketing technology Program Governance agile methodology The Adobe MarTech Advisory Lead Analyst serves as a strategic advisor responsible for shaping our end to end marketing technology direction and ensuring that marketing, data, and technology investments are aligned to clear business outcomes. This role focuses on defining the MarTech vision, transformation roadmap, and operating principles that guide how Adobe Experience Cloud and related capabilities are adopted, governed, and scaled across the organization. Operating upstream delivery execution, the role works closely with marketing leadership, analytics stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business priorities into a coherent MarTech strategy that balances near term value delivery with long term platform sustainability. The MarTech Advisory Lead provides guidance on platform sequencing, capability maturity, governance models, and value realization helping us avoid fragmented implementations while maximizing return on Adobe investments. This position plays a critical role in aligning cross functional stakeholders by facilitating strategic discussions, defining successful metrics, and clarifying how MarTech capabilities support campaign effectiveness, customer journey measurement, and enterprise analytics objectives. The role partners closely with downstream delivery leads (CJA, AEP, reporting, tagging) to ensure execution remains anchored to the agreed upon strategy and that decisions made during implementation reinforce our broader marketing and data vision. Overall, this role is suited for a consultative MarTech leader who can bridge strategy and execution bringing structure, clarity, and alignment to complex marketing technology initiatives within a regulated enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and articulate our MarTech vision, goals, and transformation roadmap Align marketing strategy, data strategy, and technology capabilities across Adobe Experience Cloud Advise stakeholders on Adobe platform adoption, sequencing, and integration decisions Translate business objectives into actionable MarTech and analytics use cases Establish governance models, operating principles, and best practices for MarTech execution Support value realization by linking MarTech capabilities to measurable marketing outcomes Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive alignment on priorities, scope, and success metrics Partner with delivery leads (CJA, AEP, reporting, tagging) to ensure strategic alignment Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational readiness gaps impacting MarTech success Contribute thought leadership and strategic guidance across the Adobe program Required Experience: 6 to 9+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or analytics advisory roles Proven experience defining MarTech strategy or transformation roadmaps Hands-on exposure to enterprise marketing platforms in regulated environments Strong experience partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders Consulting or advisory experience supporting large scale marketing or analytics initiatives Primary (Need to Have) Skills & Technologies: MarTech strategy and transformation Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (conceptual and applied understanding) Marketing analytics frameworks and KPI alignment Stakeholder advisory and executive communication Governance model design and best practice definition Business to technology translation capabilities Secondary (Nice to Have) Skills & Technologies: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) exposure Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) familiarity Digital measurement maturity assessments Financial services or insurance industry experience Agile or SAFe program exposure Experience supporting GA to Adobe transitions Success Profile: This role is best suited for a strategic, consultative MarTech leader who can translate business vision into actionable technology direction while driving alignment, governance, and long term value realization.
