Position Summary:The Veneer Mason is responsible for building stone structures.Essential Job Responsibilities Responsible for laying 90 - 110 square feet of stone or brick per day. Responsible for following installation instructions, and ensuring all work is performed according to plans and Company quality standards. Responsible for operating saws, hand tools, and other power equipment for cutting, augmenting, etc. Responsible for touch up and repair work to stone, brick structures, and vertical tile. Work with crew to hit piecework production budgets. Mark and measure cuts for brick and stone veneer. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Foreman.Experience, Educational, and Additional Requirements: Minimal 1- year of Veneer Masonry experience preferred. Must provide all necessary Mason tools:tool bag with wire reel tack pointer, trowel, wire cutters, 4in level, chicken legs, torpedo level, tack pointer, wire cutters, tooling jointer, brush, and brick hammer, notch trowel, measuring tape. Must be a safe and hard worker. Must be able to read and comprehend measurements. Must have transportation to get from job to job throughout the day. Must be able to work a fast pace and remain calm under pressure. Must be able to lift 90lb. Must be able to safely work in hot and cold temperatures. Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred.
