Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Masonry Worker to join our dynamic construction team.In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of masonry tasks that bring architectural visions to life, from laying bricks and blocks to installing concrete forms.Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable, aesthetically pleasing structures across residential, commercial, and restoration projects.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team committed to quality craftsmanship and innovative building solutions.Responsibilities Construct, repair, and restore walls, facades, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and similar materials.Prepare surfaces and layout plans by reading blueprints and schematics to ensure precise execution of masonry projects.Mix mortar and concrete accurately, ensuring proper consistency for various applications such as laying bricks or finishing surfaces.Install rebar reinforcement in concrete forms to enhance structural integrity during pouring and curing processes.Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on construction sites.Execute concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, sealing, and applying textures to achieve desired aesthetic effects.Being able to effectively communicate with the team Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on masonry Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to masonry work.Proficiency in using hand tools (trowels, chisels), power tools (drills, saws).Skilled in concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, and block work.Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials safely.Valid certifications in construction safety standards are preferred; experience with renovation or restoration projects is a plus.Join our team if you're passionate about quality and building durable structures with precision!
