As a Mass Affluent Segment Marketing Journeys Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub Location. Position Overview PNC’s Marketing organization is advancing its capabilities to deliver best in class customer experiences and drive growth through data driven, technology enabled marketing. We are seeking an innovative Mass Affluent Segment Marketing & Journeys lead to play a critical role in operationalizing customer and cross sell journeys for our Mass Affluent clients. This role will leverage consumer insights, develop segment specific marketing journeys, and deliver seamless activation across channels. Success in this role will also depend on rigorous measurement and continuous optimization in partnership with Analytics and MarTech teams. This associate will coordinate across a matrixed organization to bring always on customer journeys to life, ensuring each touchpoint is executed as designed and delivers measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Define optimal journey paths and touchpoints by evaluating conversion and ROI, ensuring each step of the journey delivers measurable value. Translate journey designs into activation plans that can be executed across multiple channels and platforms. Uncover actionable journey insights through structured test and learn, identifying friction points, validating assumptions, and driving continuous optimization across activation workflows.
