Mass Tort Associate Attorney

A company is looking for a Mass Tort Associate Attorney to handle complex litigation in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation Assist in discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred Active membership in a State Bar Experience with complex civil or commercial litigation is a plus Clerkship experience is a bonus, not a requirement
