Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and pain management strategies Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and occupational health protocols Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical terminology to provide top-tier service Requirements Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably with med spa or occupational health background Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for massage therapy practice Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately Proficiency in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner Commitment to ongoing education in massage therapy advancements and wellness practices Join us in creating a positive impact on our clients’ lives through expert care and personalized treatments.
