Responsibilities Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide comfort to each client. Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client’s requirements. Provide pain management solutions through effective massage therapy practices. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Encourage membership sign ups to help fill your schedule with your own locals clients. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment area. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles. Familiarity with terminology relevant to massage therapy practices. Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Experience in med spa settings is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through integrated wellness approaches.
