Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Aesthetician to join our team. As a Master Aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. This is a flexible part time position with opportunity to increase to full time hours. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A POSITION AT ANOTHER LOCAL SPA. Responsibilities Perform various aesthetic treatments including Hydrafacial and Hydrafacial body treatments Conduct skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations Administer chemical peels, derma planing, and microdermabrasion treatments Perform BBL HERO, MOXI, SkinPen Microneedling, and Nd Yag laser skin care treatments Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for at-home use Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, and retail sales using salon software (e.g., JANE) Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional clinic environment Experience: Valid Washington State Master Aesthetician license Proven experience/knowledge in providing laser aesthetic skin treatments and services Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits Proficiency in performing facials, waxing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus Familiarity with EMR clinic software for appointment scheduling and point-of-sale transactions We offer competitive pay based on experience.
