Job Description
Our client, global commercial real estate services leader, is seeking an Inventory/Production Planner 4 (Master Data Specialist) to join their team. As an Master Data Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management supporting the Operations Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Inventory/Production Planner 4 (Master Data Specialist) Location: Oro Valley, AZ (Onsite) Pay Range: $30-33/hr. (possibly more depending on experience) What's the Job? Develop and maintain accurate inventory plans to support production schedules and operational needs. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts. Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock. Monitor and adjust inventory strategies based on demand forecasts and production requirements. What's Needed? High School Diploma required; Some college coursework or a degree preferred 4+ years of experience in data entry, transcription, or quality control within a CMMS environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Working knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Archibus, RAM); SAP Plant Maintenance (P1U) master data experience preferred Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work accurately under time pressure What's in it for me?
