Key Responsibilities Evaluate and Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation Troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy, efficiency, and safety-first execution Deliver quality solution and zero callbacks Delivery and close jobs efficiently Deliver customer-first service experience Educate customers on issues, solutions, and options with transparency and clarity Maintain detailed job documentation Become the service and safety advisor Should be capable of engaging with customers and presenting multiple options to address short term and long term options.
