Act as liaison to facilitate customer service issue resolution Provide Customer Service for multiple MXD Group clients Essential Functions Record and maintain scheduling information Maintain end customer records by updating account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as measured by established site metrics Maximize routing capacity on a consistent basis Report scheduling issues timely Follow proper scheduling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Perform additional duties as assigned by management Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Ability to work specified shift, required. Ability to work for the set wage amount, required. Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules, required. Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions, required. Ability to interpret material, required. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with associates and/or customers, required. Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools & templates, required. Ability to operate various office equipment as needed, required. Ability to perform simple math calculations, required. Have appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly use various equipment and/or tools, required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift, required. Qualifications H.S. Diploma/GED, required. 1 year or more in related experience, required.
