Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Masters Level Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The therapist will provide individual psychotherapy services to adolescents and/or adults in a supportive outpatient setting. This position is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and collaborative care. Responsiblities Provide one-on-one outpatient individual therapy sessions Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation in accordance with agency, state, and HIPAA regulations Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions based on client needs Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to client presentation Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport with clients Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case consultations as required Coordinate care with outside providers and referral sources when clinically appropriate Maintain an active caseload and adhere to scheduled appointments Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health field AT LEAST two (2) years of verified, paid clinical experience, ideally in outpatient or similar setting Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LSW, LAC, LMFT, etc.) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Experience working in outpatient mental health or substance use settings preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice At Promont Wellness, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered mental health and substance use treatment in a supportive and welcoming environment.
