Job Title : Material Handler/ Forklift Operator Location: Monterey Park, Ca Shift:5:30am-4pm (4/10 schedule Monday-Friday) Hourly Pay Range : $18-21/hr Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers with forklift experience to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role works closely with the production team to ensure raw materials and finished goods are delivered efficiently and accurately throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supply production lines with required raw materials and components Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility Transfer raw materials and finished goods between departments and warehouse locations Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Maintain inventory organization and proper material storage Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging products for production or shipment Follow company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Perform routine inspections of forklifts and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to support daily operations Requirements: Previous experience as a Material Handler, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Associate Recent forklift experience required Ability to safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Basic understanding of inventory and material movement processes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
