Power our operations behind the scenes--combine your SAP skills, problem-solving mindset, and cross-functional teamwork to keep materials moving and our Jefferson HUB running smoothly.Day Shift:10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday Starting Wage:$20.60-$21.60/hour About the Role Generac In Jefferson HUB is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Material Handler to support operations at our HUB location.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and system-driven problem solving.While there is a small forklift component, the majority of this position is computer-based, working extensively within SAP, supporting inbound and outbound workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and flow of materials across the HUB.This position offers cross-training opportunities, exposure to multiple operational functions, and the chance to partner closely with both OFC and FOC teams.What You'll Do SAP & System Work (Primary Focus) Perform daily transactions within SAP, including:Creating orders for outbound shipments Preparing loads for picking Executing transfers and inventory movements Researching and locating materials within the system Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate digital records and documentation Identify and correct errors in orders, receiving, or inventory Inbound & Outbound Support Assist the inbound receiving team with SAP processing and issue resolution Help prepare outbound loads and ensure orders are complete and properly entered into the system Communicate system updates and changes to relevant team members Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication Support OFC/FOC personnel with order creation, load pulling, and general workflow coordination Collaborate across functions to resolve material flow challenges Manage a high volume of emails related to orders, issues, and updates Provide clear, timely communication to internal partners Hands-On Responsibilities (Smaller Portion of the Role) Operate a forklift as needed (minimal but required) Assist in material movement during peak needs or exception-based situations What You Bring High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience working in SAP or another enterprise system (strongly preferred) Ability to navigate, research, and troubleshoot within systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfort with a computer-heavy workload and high email volume Ability to adapt and learn through cross-training opportunities Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset What We Offer Opportunity to grow skills across multiple areas of operations Hands-on system-based blend of responsibilities A supportive team environment and a chance to grow within Generac How to Apply:Ready to join a company that values your contributions and supports your growth?
