Job Description Title: Materials Supervisor II (Weekend Shift) Location: York, PA Schedule: Friday – Monday Role Summary: The Materials Supervisor II is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain flow during the weekend operational window. You will lead the team in material planning, production fulfillment, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless, on-time delivery to the production line. This role requires a proactive leader capable of maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that Monday morning transitions are seamless. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience. Work experience considered in lieu of a degree Understanding of key concepts in material planning/ replenishment through utilization of MRP systems Materials/ Production experience People management experience Intermediate Excel skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Ability to present information to various levels of Leadership Ability to identify and drive actionable outcomes through influence Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills APICS, CPIM Certification Moderate to expert reporting in analytics Experience with Bargaining Unit environment Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
