Salary: $52,880.00 - $73,949.00 Annually Location : 16000 East CentreTech Parkway Aurora, CO Job Type: Faculty Job Number: 300270 Division: Instruction Opening Date: 01/05/2026 POSITION SUMMARY The Community College of Aurora invites applications for a Math Faculty position in the Mathematics Department, with responsibilities that include (1) teaching math courses ranging from college algebra to calculus sequence, including statistics and math for liberal arts, and (2) student academic advising in the math program. The successful candidate will have a passion for student success as well as high-quality, effective, engaging, inclusive, and student-centered instruction. The Mathematics Department is committed to quality instruction through high academic standards, high student support, and a strong commitment to student engagement and success. Faculty in this position will utilize this framework to make complex concepts accessible to students just entering the field as well as students nearing graduation and transfer. Faculty duties include teaching and service as guided by SP 3-31. Teaching responsibilities include the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. Teaching responsibilities are aligned with individual, department, school, and college goals.
