Requirements: Required Qualifications & Mindset Education: Certification to teach mathematics or a degree in mathematics; advanced degrees preferred. The Butler Spirit: A deep interest in outdoor education and the ability to coach other teachers in Socratic questioning and small-group mechanics. Relational Leadership: A mentor-colleague who views feedback as a gift and values a "collaborative, clear, and constructive" tone in all communications.
