Job Description

Essential Duties: Develop and deliver engaging and effective math lessons for students at various levels (e.g., middle school, high school, or advanced courses). Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and experiments. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Collaborate with other faculty members to create and refine curriculum materials, ensuring they meet the needs of the school’s educational goals. Maintain an orderly and productive classroom environment, addressing student behavior and promoting respect for others. Encourage and guide students in collaborative group work and individual tasks. Provide timely feedback to students on their progress, offering support and guidance to help them improve. Offer additional support during office hours, study sessions, or one-on-one mentoring for students who require extra help or challenge. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Math Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred for advanced courses or higher teaching roles).
