The District shall provide an annual contribution for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. If the selected health and welfare coverage costs less than the district's maximum contribution, the employee may choose to cash out the difference in cost. $8,050.00 annually The Fringe Benefit amount is NOT included in the annual salary indicated on the certificated salary schedule.
