Duties Safely operate box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission to deliver mattresses across designated routes. Load and unload products efficiently to prevent damage. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with product placement, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon delivery. Navigate routes confidently using route driving skills, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after deliveries to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly. Manage documentation related to deliveries, including delivery receipts and load/unload logs. Assist with warehouse duties when not on delivery routes, including inventory management and stock organization. Experience Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting and moving of large items safely and efficiently. Warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading mattresses Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is a plus. Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and commercial driving regulations is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Physical stamina to lift heavy mattresses repeatedly and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
