Friendship Village is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to oversee the RAI/MDS process for our skilled nursing residents. In this role, you’ll complete and submit accurate, timely MDS assessments, support care plan development, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes and reimbursement. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, lead clinical documentation accuracy, and provide education on MDS standards.
