Job Description
Come join our team at Park Bend Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We would love to have you as our full-time MDS Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be responsible for notifying and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary teams for MDS assessment completion in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
