For more information, please visit our website at: https://www.intrepidfiber.com SUMMARY This position is primarily responsible for managing the construction and deployment of new fiber-based telecommunications networks serving MDU, SMB, and other properties that may require unique right-of-way solutions in Vista and San Marcos, California. The role involves close collaboration with estimating, design, and engineering teams, as well as direct oversight of construction and implementation activities. Responsibilities include managing project costs, schedules, and overall execution to ensure successful delivery of each project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: What will you be doing? Responsible and accountable for in-scope, schedule, budget, and delivery. Establish the appropriate reporting and metrics to measure, monitor performance against plan, reporting regular status updates to customers, executives and key strategic stakeholders. Leading the end-to-end solution deployment from the network architecture, process and system solutions, construction methodologies, material selection, acquisition and handling, field installation activities, project acceptance activities, training requirements, operational hand-over activities, etc. Responsible for organizational specific health and safety policies and procedures, as well as the safe working behaviors of our vendors and suppliers
