MDU Installation Team (1099 Contractor - SC / NC)

Job Type: Contract (1099) Pay: Project-Based (Net 14 Payment Terms) Location: Travel Required (NC, SC) Job Description C&A Technologies is actively seeking experienced MDU Installation Teams for ongoing and upcoming projects across the North and South Carolina. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent project opportunities for qualified teams. We are looking for reliable, professional crews who can complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Must have a team of at least 2 technicians MDU experience required (fiber, coax, or structured cabling) Must have reliable transportation Must provide your own tools and equipment Ability to travel for projects (multi-state work) Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Strong understanding of job closeout, documentation, and quality standards Compensation & Terms Project-based pay (rates vary by scope and location) Net 14 payment terms on all approved work Consistent workflow for high-performing teams Opportunity for long-term partnership Responsibilities Complete MDU installations according to scope and specifications Maintain quality control and meet client standards Properly document and close out all work Communicate effectively with project management Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally Pay: $200.00 - $20,000.00 per month Application Question(s) Do you have a team of at least 2?
