Greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel welcome Provide responsive, exceptional service to counter customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and responding to requests. Slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats, seafood, deli items and other Updating display cases to ensure new items and promotions are showcased Clean surfaces, equipment, floors, and remove trash Following all food safety and sanitation procedures Cooperating with others to ensure customer satisfaction Confirming that all displays, products, and services comply with company standards Wrap, weigh, label, and price products/items for sale Receive, inspect, and store products upon delivery to ensure quality Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers Cut, trim, bone, tie, grind meats to prepare in cooking form Assisting customers with orders and assembling and packaging order Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, and equipment clean Charge and take payment from customers using POS system Various tasks as assigned by management Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
