Now Hiring:Meat, Fish & Poultry Department Staff - Global Grocery Store LLC (Reynoldsburg, OH)Location:Brice Road, Reynoldsburg, OHFull-time Position Start Date:Immediate Global Grocery Store LLC is seeking dependable and experienced staff for our Meat, Fish, and Poultry Department.The ideal candidate will also assist with receiving deliveries and ensuring product quality and cleanliness meet health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Cut, clean, trim, and display meat, poultry, and seafood products.This includes slicing, dicing, and trimming various types of meat.ensuring all meat products are prepared according to specifications and customer requests.Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all items Receive, inspect, and stock deliveries of fresh and frozen products Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment, following strict food safety protocols.Assist customers with product selection and special requests Follow all food safety and health department guidelines Assist with curing, smoking, sausage making, and preparation and production of other meat products.Package and label meat products accurately for display and sale.Collaborate with retail and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production.Adhere to all health regulations and safety guidelines in the food industry.Monitor inventory levels of meat products and assist with ordering supplies as needed.Requirements:Prior experience in a meat, seafood, or poultry department (required) Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold storage environments Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills Familiarity with culinary techniques, particularly in meat cutting and handling.Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food production industry.Proficiency in using knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in food handling.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay:$14.00 - $17.00/hour Opportunity to grow with a new international grocery brand Positive, multicultural team environment To Apply:Send your resume to globalgrocerystorellc@gmail.com Job Type:Full-timeExpected Hours:40-48 per week Shift Options:Morning / Day / Evening shifts available 8-12 hour shifts available Commute/Relocation:Must be able to commute to Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 Must be able to relocate before starting work (if applicable) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay:$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
