Collaborate with other food processing staff to ensure smooth operation of the meat department Requirements:-TEAM PLAYER - 2-5 years experience in the food industry, specifically in meat packaging and labeling or a related _field- Knowledge and recognition of different cuts of meats. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper procedures If you have a passion for culinary arts, enjoy working with food, and have experience in meat packaging and labeling or a related field, we would love to hear from you.Join our team as a Meat Packager and Labeler as ordered by our customers.Duties Perform meat Packing and Labeling tasks according to established guidelines.Ensure that the packing and labeling is correct to customer expectations.Pack boxes of meat and ensure that each box contains the correct items and amounts.Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.Package meat products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.Assist in the production of various food items, ensuring consistency and quality.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment.Requirements Proven 2-5 years experience in meat packing, labeling or a related culinary field is preferred.Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.Familiarity with Pacaking and labeling equipment, including knives and packaging tools.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.2-5 experience in the food packing and labeling is mandadtory.Join us in delivering high-quality meat products while ensuring customer satisfaction through your expertise and dedication!
