Job Details Job Details We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals committed to designing and manufacturing cutting-edge products. Responsibilities Design and develop new products and systems from concept to final implementation, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company standards. Create and modify detailed drawings using CAD software, including 3D modeling. Conduct comprehensive product testing to identify potential issues and ensure the highest level of quality and reliability. Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Analyze and interpret specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and descriptions to determine design factors such as size, shape, and arrangement of parts. Use engineering principles to solve complex manufacturing and design problems. Prepare and present design reviews to the team, management, and clients. Stay current with the latest design trends, technology, and methodologies in mechanical design engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Mechanical Design Engineer role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product design, and quality control. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus. Interested in hearing more?
