PRIMARY PURPOSE The Glen Eyrie Maintenance Technician IV shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position works with the Facilities Department and team providing maintenance, repairs, remodels and general construction for all the buildings and grounds. This work will be performed at both Glen Eyrie and Eagle Lake properties. General Maintenance and Construction - 95% Provide support to all aspects of the facilities operations for Glen Eyrie and Eagle Lake, to include but not limited to, buildings, grounds, and vehicle maintenance. Primary focus on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. General repairs in carpentry, masonry, drywall, plaster, stucco, paint, windows, concrete and roofing. Support locks and e-lock systems. Utilize maintenance tracking software, Maintenance Connection, for daily work orders. Independently research, plan, and develop maintenance projects to present to management. Lead and train staff/volunteers under the direction of management. Maintain vehicle, equipment, and tools used on the job. Serve on the Facilities-on-Duty rotation (FOD).
