Position Description The Mechanics Shop Foreman is a hands-on leader who oversees day-to-day maintenance and repair activities in the shop, supports floor mechanics with current jobs, performs complex diagnostics and repairs, and ensures work orders are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Yellow iron (heavy construction equipment) experience is preferred.
