Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator Manage daily social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices in digital marketing Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to boost reach and engagement Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies Foster positive relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through effective relationship management and public relations efforts Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a fresh, innovative voice that resonates with our audience Collaborate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, product launches, and promotional events to maximize visibility Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content Strong understanding of public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation online Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is polished and aligned with branding standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for targeted ad campaigns is a plus Join us as we harness the power of digital storytelling to inspire audiences worldwide!
