Travel RN - Med/Surg (Flexible Night Shift) Tuba City, AZ Schedule:Flexible Night Shift Guaranteed Hours:36 Hours/Week Contract Type:Travel / Local Pay Package Travelers/Stipend (W2) Blended Hourly Pay Rate:$62.00 Weekly Gross Pay:$2,232.00 Taxable Hourly Rate:$27.50 Non-Taxable Stipend:$34.50/hr Weekly Taxable Gross:$990.00 Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend:$1,242.00 1099 Option Hourly Pay Rate:$65.00 Weekly Gross Pay:$2,340.00 Position Overview Seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses for a fast-paced acute care setting.The Clinical Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages while working independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.Responsibilities include patient assessments, implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring quality patient care according to established nursing standards and physician orders.Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document patient conditions and responses Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Provide patient and family education Maintain accurate and timely documentation Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in an acute care environment Support patients across varying age groups and medical conditions Requirements Active RN License in any U.S.state or territory Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required At least 2 years of acute or sub-acute care experience required BLS Certification (AHA) required ACLS Certification (AHA) required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire TCAR certification required within 6 months of hire Strong Med/Surg and acute care experience preferred Additional Details Quick Start Opportunity 36 Guaranteed Hours Shared housing may be available based on availability No family or pets allowed in provided housing RN01 Pay:$62.00 - $65.00 per hour Experience:Medical-surgical:3 years (Required) License/Certification:BLS from AHA (Required) ACLS from AHA (Required) AZ or Compact State RN License (Required) Work Location:In person.
