Touchstone of West Bend is a small, person-centered CBRF serving up to 8 adult residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity and as much independence as possible. As a Caregiver, you will support residents with daily living tasks, promote community engagement, and ensure a high quality of life. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Administer medications per training and facility policy Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs Engage residents in recreational and social activities Support behavioral and emotional needs in a respectful, positive manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Document care provided and report changes in resident condition Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare providers Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous caregiving or CBRF experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on shift duties) Ability to pass a background check and health screening CBRF certifications (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, First Aid/Choking) – preferred but can be obtained after hire Skills & Attributes: Compassionate and patient Dependable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to handle physical demands including lifting and assisting residents Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
