Media Buyer

Media Buyer (Onsite – Costa Mesa, CA) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite Only) About the Role We’re looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team full-time, onsite. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on data, attribution, and scaling profitable growth. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through paid acquisition while leveraging advanced analytics tools like Northbeam and Triple Whale to make informed decisions. Requirements Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist (DTC/eCommerce preferred) Hands-on experience with Northbeam and Triple Whale is REQUIRED Strong understanding of paid social and paid search platforms Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret attribution models Experience scaling ad accounts with significant monthly spend Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
