Media Operations Specialist Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month W2 Contract (Potential Extension) Pay Rate: $45-$55/hour DOE Russell Tobin is supporting a leading global technology organization in the search for a Media Operations Specialist to join a high-performing North America marketing team. This role will support the planning, execution, and operational management of large-scale brand and media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting media operations workflows, campaign execution, budget tracking, creative trafficking, and cross-functional project coordination within a fast-paced marketing environment. Key Responsibilities Support execution and operational management of integrated media campaigns across channels including: Video (Linear TV, Streaming TV, Premium Online Video) Audio (Radio, Streaming, Podcasts) Digital and Mobile Outdoor Print and Traditional Media Assist Media Managers with campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting Manage media operations workflows including: Budget tracking Purchase order (PO) issuance Invoice tracking and approvals Spend forecasting updates Support creative trafficking and QA processes, ensuring assets are delivered accurately and on schedule Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules across internal teams and external partners Maintain campaign trackers, project milestones, and operational documentation Analyze campaign and media performance data to support reporting and optimization efforts Assist with development and production of marketing collateral and campaign assets Facilitate communication between marketing, finance, creative, agency, and vendor teams Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners Demonstrate strong attention to detail and understanding of media operations fundamentals Basic Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in media operations, marketing operations, campaign execution, media planning support, or related marketing functions Experience with media operations processes including: Budget tracking PO issuance Invoice management Creative trafficking Creative QA/review processes Experience supporting integrated marketing or media campaigns Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience working within large enterprise or agency environments Familiarity with media planning and campaign operations workflows Experience supporting brand or integrated marketing campaigns Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus Russell Tobin offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
