We’re looking for a Certified Medical Assistant who shares that same passion and loves being part of a team. What You’ll Do As a Certified Medical Assistant on our team, you’ll play a vital role in making each child’s visit smooth, safe, and reassuring. You will: Welcome patients and families to exam rooms, take vitals, review medical history, and prepare them for their visit. Support physicians and nurses to keep patient care flowing efficiently. Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records. Keep our clinic stocked and ready for care. Greet patients, check them in, verify insurance information, and collect necessary documentation. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, answer questions and manage messages in a courteous and professional manner. Help answer families’ questions with warmth and patience. Contribute ideas to continuously enhance the patient experience. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Friendly, kind, and passionate about pediatric care A helpful team player who thrives in a supportive environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using electronic health records (e.g., eClinicalWorks) For 18 years, Premier Care Pediatrics has been a trusted partner for families in our community.
