Job Description
We are a mobile Urgent Care clinic that provides urgent and emergent medical services directly in patients’ homes. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic to join our team, working four days per week. Candidates must hold an active certification as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., though schedules may vary. This position works closely with a Nurse Practitioner and is responsible for completing delegated clinical tasks without independent medical decision-making. Duties may include obtaining vital signs, performing lab draws, starting IVs, administering medications, conducting EKGs, and other clinical responsibilities within the scope of the individual’s certification. This role does not involve patient transport. The role involves extensive daily driving; therefore, a clean driving record for the past three years is required. The position is currently based out of South Ogden, and candidates residing near the Ogden area are preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds of medical equipment over long distances and up staircases.
