Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, personable Medical Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with our physician and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a calm, supportive setting. Responsibilities Room patients and take vital signs Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures Administer injections and perform basic clinical tasks Document in EMR (experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus) Communicate clearly with patients and staff Occasionally assist with front desk duties , including: Greeting patientsAnswering phonesScheduling appointments Help maintain an efficient, welcoming office environment Qualifications 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Certification (CMA/RMA) is a plus, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced but patient-focused environment Team player with a positive attitude What Makes This Different Smaller, relationship-based practice (not high-volume corporate medicine) Consistent weekday schedule (no nights/weekends, if applicable) Opportunity to grow with a newer, expanding practice Supportive team with experienced providers A chance to actually connect with patients—not just move them through Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to drquinty@magnoliacollectivehealth.com .
