What You’ll Do Client Interaction & Coordination: Be the welcoming voice of HLI, routing calls promptly and efficiently while managing client schedules and appointment follow-ups. Support the Medical Team: Work closely with other clinical staff and team members to provide on-site care including back-office and front-office duties. Own the Client Experience: Lead the client throughout the HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up phase making sure clients feel confident
