Job Summary Xpress Pediatrics is searching for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Medical Assistant to be a part of a team that offers “child-centered, convenient, compassionate care from birth through college.” Meticulous attention to detail is required. Strong organization and interpersonal skills are a must. Responsibilities and Duties Rooming patients to include obtaining vitals, patient history, and reason for seeking care Answer nurse’s line and process messages left on nurse’s voicemail Specimen collection Answering phone and scheduling appointments, as needed Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Must have Medical Assistant Certification and current CPR Certification: Medical Assistant experience, pediatric or urgent care experience Benefits Medical, dental and vision plan available for full time employees Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: medical assistant: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (Required) Work Location: In person
