The Role We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our growing team.This role is essential to the success of our practice, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth communication with insurance providers and families.As a Medical Biller, you will:Submit claims to insurance companies with accuracy and efficiency.Review and process payments, adjustments, and patient balances.Follow up on unpaid or denied claims, working to resolve discrepancies.Verify client insurance benefits and maintain accurate records in our EMR system.Communicate clearly with families about co-pays, deductibles, and account status.Assist with administrative tasks such as insurance inquiries and occasional front office coverage.Bill specialty service contracts including state funded services through billing portals and Quickbooks About Us At Metamorphosis Therapy Group, Inc., we believe therapy changes lives.Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, and exceptional speech and occupational therapy services that empower children and families to thrive at home, at school, and in their communities.We're a therapist-owned practice with a strong team culture, built on collaboration, growth, and innovation.Who You Are You'll be a great fit if you are:?
