Job SummaryJoin our innovative team as a Medical Device Assembler - I, where you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality medical devices that improve patient outcomes worldwide.This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging precision medical components, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to delivering safe, reliable products to healthcare providers.Duties Assemble medical devices using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and plastics injection molding techniques with precision and care Conduct detailed inspections of components and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 and FDA standards throughout all tasks.Operate in a cleanroom environment, maintaining cleanliness and contamination control protocols at all times Package finished products securely for shipment while ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Assist with soldering tasks on small electronic components as needed, following safety guidelines Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality Requirements Basic mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and soldering equipment Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers and micrometers for precise inspection Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially plastics injection molding and assembly techniques Understanding of ISO 13485 standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices in a manufacturing setting Ability to work accurately in a cleanroom environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and contamination control Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions directly impact patient health!
