Territory Sales Representative / Associate Product Specialist 📍 Location: Tucson, AZ 85707 (Territory‑based; local travel required) 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (field days may extend later) 💼 Employment Type: Full‑Time, Permanent 💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary + quarterly/annual bonuses + full benefits About the Role We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative / Associate Product Specialist to support and grow a defined local territory. This is a field‑based sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys face‑to‑face customer interaction, and wants a long‑term career path in medical/clinical sales. This role carries both unit‑based and revenue quotas and is designed as a launchpad into a full Territory Representative/ Product Specialist role within 12 months for top performers. What You’ll Do Carry and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Conduct clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings in clinics and patient settings Build strong relationships with physicians, therapists, clinicians, and patients Coordinate and lead patient demonstrations and fittings , including scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up Support documentation and pull‑through activities (authorizations, prescriptions, medical records) Assist senior Product Specialists/Territory Managers with territory strategy and execution Participate in local trade shows, meetings, and educational events Provide hands‑on customer education and post‑sale support Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM Travel daily within the territory What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills 2–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience (outside/field sales strongly preferred) Medical device, DME, healthcare, or patient‑facing sales experience is a plus Comfort working with both clinical stakeholders and patients Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Intangibles That Matter Strong work ethic and willingness to outwork the competition Gritty, resilient, and coachable Comfortable with long days, field work, and a build‑the‑territory mindset Highly motivated, goal‑driven, and accountable Able to thrive in ambiguity and a fast‑moving environment Career Path & Earnings Potential Year 1: Associate Product Specialist Base salary + Commission capped at ~$6K/month during first 12 months + Promotion (~12 months): Product Specialist / Territory Manager + Commission becomes uncapped Top performers earn $500K–$750K annually Expenses & Benefits Monthly vehicle allowance (car payment & insurance) Mileage reimbursement via MODIS (variable based on gas prices and miles driven) Expense account for client engagement Medical, dental, vision benefits 401(k) with expectation of participation Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Wants field‑based, relationship‑driven sales Is hungry to grow into a territory ownership role Is not looking for strict work‑life balance, but for career acceleration Takes pride in outworking and out‑preparing others If you’re gritty, driven, and ready to build something long‑term, this role offers a clear path to leadership and elite earnings.
