Contract Medical Monitor Location: Remote (USA Only) $200/hr (10 hours/week) We’re supporting a clinical-stage biotech client on a search for a Contract Medical Monitor to support ongoing Phase 2 ulcerative colitis studies. It’s a high-impact opportunity with one of our clients for a physician who can step into a hands-on medical oversight role quickly and operate effectively in a lean, globally collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Provide medical oversight across ongoing Phase 2a and 2b UC studies Review AEs, SAEs, lab data, and emerging safety signals in real time Support subject eligibility decisions, protocol interpretation, and benefit-risk assessment Partner with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and CRO teams Contribute to safety reporting and key regulatory documents What we’re looking for: MD required 5+ years of industry clinical development experience Direct ulcerative colitis trial experience required Strong medical monitoring background Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance and global regulatory requirements Board-certified Gastroenterologists especially encouraged to apply Why this role stands out: Immediate impact on active mid-stage programs Strong visibility with senior leadership Flexible contract structure with room to scale Clear potential to convert into a full-time Medical Monitor position
