Job Title: Medical DirectorLocation: Washington | Oregon & MontanaType: Full-timeOverview:The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight across multi-state operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient patient care.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical oversight and leadership across WA, OR, and MTDevelop and enforce evidence-based clinical policies and standardsEnsure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and accreditation requirementsLead quality improvement, utilization management, and peer review initiativesSupport provider recruitment, engagement, and performance managementCollaborate with executive and operational leadership on clinical strategyQualifications:MD or DO; Board CertifiedActive, unrestricted Washington medical license (OR/MT preferred or willing to obtain)5+ years clinical experience; 2+ years in leadership/Medical Director roleStrong knowledge of multi-state healthcare regulations
