Project HOME is seeking a visionary and collaborative Medical Director to serve as the senior clinical leader for Healthcare Services. This executive leadership role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about health equity, integrated care, and building systems that improve outcomes for underserved communities. The Medical Director will oversee clinical strategy, provider leadership, and care delivery across multiple service lines, including primary care, behavioral health, dental, and mobile health programs. This leader will partner closely with senior leadership to advance patient-centered, trauma-informed, and community-based healthcare initiatives. Location: Stephen Klein Wellness Center: 2144 Cecil B. Moore Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19121 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8/8:30am-5pm, 6pm on Tuesdays Local Travel: Travel to Hub of Hope and mobile services Salary Range : $217, 200- $255,000 based on experience Why Join Project HOME? Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) licensed in Pennsylvania Board Certified in Family Medicine Minimum three years of leadership experience within healthcare or behavioral health settings Strong experience leading teams, managing change, and driving clinical excellence Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within one month Valid driver’s license required Ability to meet credentialing and background requirements under FTCA standards Preferred Experience Leadership experience within integrated care, FQHC, or mission-driven healthcare environments Experience serving underserved or unhoused populations Knowledge of trauma-informed care and health equity practices Familiarity with HRSA-funded healthcare programs What You Will Do? Clinical Leadership & Quality Oversee clinical services across primary care, behavioral health, dental, and mobile health Ensure high-quality, patient-centered, trauma-informed care delivery Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement Team Leadership & Development Supervise clinical directors and medical providers Coach and mentor emerging leaders Foster collaboration, engagement, and team development across disciplines Support staff performance and leadership growth Strategic & Operational Leadership Align clinical operations with organizational goals and mission Partner with operational leadership to improve workflows and care delivery Support program expansion, innovation, and service accessibility Strengthen integrated care models across service lines Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, and regulatory standards Oversee clinical policies, procedures, and risk management practices Maintain readiness for audits and regulatory reviews Financial & Organizational Leadership Monitor clinical productivity and operational metrics Support responsible budgeting and resource allocation Partner cross-functionally with operations, nursing, finance, HR, and quality teams Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team Project HOME provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, without regard to race, color,
