Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Doctor, where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and improve lives.In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive medical care across diverse specialties, ensuring high-quality treatment tailored to each patient's unique needs.Your proactive approach and clinical excellence will foster a compassionate environment focused on healing, prevention, and health promotion.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful difference in the community.Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to establish accurate diagnoses.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices across various medical disciplines.Perform diagnostic procedures such as medical imaging interpretation, ultrasound assessments, and basic laboratory evaluations to support clinical decisions.Manage acute and chronic conditions by prescribing medications, administering treatments like IV infusions, and overseeing perioperative care when applicable.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.Maintain detailed and compliant medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance healthcare delivery standards.Skills Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and disease processes across multiple specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, and more.Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or EMR systems for documentation and patient management.Experience performing diagnostic radiology procedures including CT scans, nuclear medicine imaging, or ultrasound assessments.Skilled in performing medical procedures such as suturing, catheterization, wound care, airway management, and ostomy care.Strong understanding of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, CPT coding for billing purposes, and ICD coding for diagnoses.Ability to handle complex patient assessments in inpatient hospital settings or outpatient clinics with a focus on patient service excellence.Critical care experience including ICU or neurocritical care settings; familiarity with ventilator management and post-operative care is highly valued.This role invites dedicated medical professionals eager to deliver exceptional patient-centered care through active collaboration and clinical expertise.If you thrive in fast-paced environments that challenge your skills daily while supporting your professional growth--this is the perfect opportunity for you!
